Fibre Jello 'Port Wine Low Carb'

~ Rich non alcoholic Port Wine fibre full jello ~
‘Vibrant and deep Port Wine Jello with a semolina like twist,
using Gluten free Psyllium Husks. A DIY Fibre Supp Lime Minimal Carbs Jello is a supplement but also disguised as a sweet treat no guilt. I wonder why people buy the commercial fibre supplements full of other crap and the most commercial flavoured Meta...... varieties almost defeat the purpose of taking such in the first place. You boost one nutritional need to destroy nutrition adding cane sugar among other things. The main fiber husk is good old plain Psyllium Husks, at the fraction of a cost sometimes just a couple of bucks in either the cereal or health food or flours section of your local supermarket. You can also get it online or in your local health food store. Seriously why pay up to $20 more for the same ingredient packaged with crap and glossy labels?? You're just contributing to pharma's bottom line and marketing. In the past I've made these fibre capsules using vegan gelatine capsules from Now filled with the husks (Link)Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
PURE Psyllium Husks
Sugar cane free Jelly Crystals Port Wine
Boiling and cold water
Jello Mould cups
... Arrange the moulds, I got mine from Coles. Pour in the Psyllium you require per serve. As a rule of nutritional thumb - Every Tablespoon contains 4g of Fibrous Carbs and 4g of Fibre. Make up your jello with crystals and half boiling water to dilute before making up with cold water (I get my crystals on line from Los Angeles, but you can get some from the supermarket, I think Diet Rite has a range but you need to be mindful of the artificial sweeteners if you're worried about a very minimal bloat - pretty much only noticeable when your body fat is below 10% - yet why artificial s of any kind are best avoided 6 months out of competition/Showtime) Put the lids on and set in the fridge
